Aden + Anais comes to us from Australian-born Raegan Moya-Jones, who grew up watching the traditional Austrailian practice of swaddling babies in generously sized natural muslin sheets. Muslin sheets kept babies cool during the warm months and warm during cooler weather. They also became softer and cozier with subsequent washings. Moya-Jones knew that she wanted to swaddle her own children in a similar fashion. However when she moved to the United States, and started her family, she was unable to find swaddling blankets to meet her needs. Thus, she created Aden + Anais, to introduce a generations old traditional to modern families.
