WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? TOP We use Pay Pal as our merchant processor. Pay Pal is the gold standard for secure online transactions. You can use Pay Pal to pay with any major credit card or bank account. You do not have to be a member of Pay Pal to place an order. THE SIZE/COLOR I NEED IS OUT OF STOCK. WHAT SHOULD I DO? TOP Please email us at orders@littlespeckledfrog.com. We may be waiting on a shipment from our manufacturer to arrive and can have the item ready for you in a matter of days. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? TOP Here at Little Speckled Frog, we think "going green" should leave a little "green" in your pocket too. That's why we offer FREE shipping on orders of $50 or more. All other orders ship for $5.95 with USPS First-Class Mail shipping (3-5 business days). HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? TOP Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placing an order. Your order is then shipped via USPS First Class Mail, usually taking between 3-5 business days for receipt of package. If you would like to receive your package faster, contact us at orders@littlespeckledfrog.com where we will set up USPS Priority Mail service (2-3 business days) or USPS Express Mail service (overnight delivery). * Please note that products shipped directly from their manufacturer may take longer to receive. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? TOP Of course! You will receive an email containing your package's USPS Delivery Confirmation Number. This number is primarily for us to ensure the package was delivered to you, but you can go to www.USPS.com, enter the number and see when your package was mailed. You can also click on our "Order Tracking" page, enter your email address and order number, and view the details of your order. If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us immediately at orders@littlespeckledfrog.com. CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO SOMEONE ELSE? TOP Absolutely! Just enter the address you want your order shipped to in the "shipping address" section at checkout. Please see the question below if your order is a gift. DOES MY ORDER COME WRAPPED? TOP We wrap all orders in recycled tissue paper and top with decorative ribbon. If you would like to include a gift message with your order, please type the message in the comments section at checkout and we will attach it to the gift. DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX? TOP As a Florida based company, we are required to charge sales tax on all purchases shipped to a Florida address. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? TOP No. At this time we only ship within the United States of America (USA). WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? TOP If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@littlespeckledfrog.com where we will instruct you on how to return the merchandise. We will gladly issue a refund if we are contacted and the merchandise is returned to us within 21 days of the order date. If the merchandise is received by Little Speckled Frog after 21 days, you will receive a store credit. Little Speckled Frog credit is valid for one year from date of issue.
