REFUND, RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately at orders@littlespeckledfrog.com where we will instruct you on how to return the merchandise. We will gladly issue a refund if we are contacted and the merchandise is returned to us within 14 days of the order date. If the merchandise is received by Little Speckled Frog after 14 days, you will receive a store credit. Little Speckled Frog credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Regardless, all returns must be in like new condition, in original packaging, with instructions and accessories.
